This text was drawn up by Media Port Reklamcılık A.S. as the data controller within the scope of Article 10 of the Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (Law) and the Communiqué on the Procedures and Principles to be Followed in Fulfilment of the Obligation to Inform.
The purpose of this Cookie Clarification Text is to inform you about the purposes and types of cookies we use and how you can manage these cookies regarding the processing of personal data obtained automatically through the placement of cookies used on our website on your device.

Types of Cookie
Types of cookies according to the period of use:Session cookies and persistent cookies may be used depending on the duration of use. Persistent cookies, on the other hand, are not deleted when the internet browser is closed and are automatically deleted on a certain date or after a certain period of time.
First Party and Third Party Cookies: Whether the cookie is first-party or third-party depends on the cookie placed by the website or domain. First-party cookies are placed directly by the website visited by the user, i.e. the URL (mediaport.com) shown in the address bar of the browser. Third-party cookies are placed by a domain other than the domain visited by the user.

Requests of Data Subjects
Data subjects may submit their applications and requests within the scope of the law by filling in the "Application Form in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Law" available on the web address "http://www.mediaport.com/" in Turkish as follows;

Our Company will finalise the application requests free of charge in accordance with Article 13 of the Law, according to the nature of the request and within 30 (thirty) days at the latest. In case the request is rejected, the reason(s) for rejection shall be notified in writing or electronically with reasons.
This Clarification Text may be revised by the Company when deemed necessary. In case of revision, you will be informed about this matter.
